Biography

Paul Digby signed for Dundee in June of 2025 from Cambridge United on a two-year deal. With over 350 appearances in the English leagues, Digby travelled up to Scotland with a reputation of a hardened defensive midfielder.

Digby stared his career with Barnsley before making moves to Ipswich, Mansfield, Forest Green, Stevenage and eventually Cambridge Town where he would spend five seasons and be an ever present name on the team sheet.

The midfielder started his Dundee career strongly, including a fantastic performance during Dundee's victory over Celtic at Dens but after a 2-0 defeat away to Hibs at the end of November, he would find himself making only six more appearances for the club with five of them coming from the bench.

His last appearance in a Dundee top came in the January 3rd Dundee Derby victory when he was substituted on in the last minute.

After just eighteen appearances for the club, Digby would leave in the summer of 2026 to move back down to England with Colchester United.
