The son of Lisbon Lion Bobby was unfortunately never to make anything like the same mark as his dad.

Manager Gordon Wallace signed the cultured midfielder from Queen's Park in the summer of 1989, but the youngster was to make only one first team appearance. Even that was a fleeting one coming on as a substitute in a B&Q Cup tie at Alloa.

Bobby moved on to Falkirk in 1991 on a free transfer and spent two seasons at Brockville before going on to turn out for Brechin City
