Biography

Roddy was 19 year-old when he signed for Dundee from Port Vale in time for the start of the 1967- 68 season.

He made only three appearances that season, and one of them was being sent off against Raith Rovers. In total managed to make twelve appearances and scored two goals.

At one point was rotated along with John Duncan in the front line. Georgeson was released at the end of the 1969-70 season and joined newly relegated Raith Rovers. Montrose and Berwick Rangers were the other clubs for whom he played.
