Biography
The midfielder was born in Gelee on 6th November 1971. Jocky Scott brought him to Dens from Dutch side Vinkenslag, however, he was to make little impact during the 1999-2000 season.
Frank made his debut against Hibs in the 4-3 that hanselled the new all-seated Dens Park. He only played 18 games in total, the last of which was the 6-2 midweek defeat by Celtic at Parkhead at the beginning of March.
At the end of the season, he was released and on his return to the continent, he joined German club Rot Weiss Essen.
