Match Report
Dundee made light work of seeing off Stranraer in the Co-operative Insurance Cup as five different scorers helped the Tayside club to victory.
Sean Higgins glanced in Gary Harkins' powerful header for the opener in 23 minutes, before Harkins weaved past four players to score the second.
Stranraer keeper David Mitchell gifted Colin Cameron a tap-in for the third.
A Colin McMenamin header in 47 minutes preceded a Leigh Griffiths penalty then Mitchell was sent off near the end.
