No league table has been added for this season.
Firstly I'd like to welcome everybody back to Dens Park Stadium for our first competitive home game of the season.
I was absolutely delighted with the support we carried at East End Park on Saturday, but bitterly disappointed with the performance we gave you.
Words cannot express how I felt last Saturday night. I can stomach losing but against Dunfermline we contributed nothing despite getting off to a good start. In truth we got a goal for nothing and then let the game slip to a Dunfermline side, which was far more determined and positive, especially in the first half.
We showed a slight improvement in the second half, but it was nothing short of diabolical to lose a goal late in the game against a side with ten men.
That result has given us a mountain to climb right from the very start and nothing short of a positive and really determined attitude on our part will do this evening, because we must get a result against Clyde to ensure that we turn the corner quickly.
